STEPS TO REGISTER AND PICK CLASSES

1) Look at the class offerings on our CLASSES page to get an idea as to what the weekend has to offer.

2) Click on the RED “Register Now” button below, which will take you to Sched.

3) “Sign Up” and enter your information. If you’ve registered through Sched in the past, you will need to either use the same login or click on “Forgot Password” and follow instructions to sign in again.

4) Fill in or update your information.

5) Click on GO TO PAYMENT where you will see a list of tickets. The tickets are sorted by price so be sure to scroll to find and click on the ticket you want.

6) Complete your payment through Stripe (which is similar to PayPal) and then you’ll be able to select your classes.

2023 HCNW Pricing & Dorm Room Descriptions

Note: Sched will add on a small fee at registration.

STANDARD DORM ROOMS – RESIDENTS
“Resident” means you will be sleeping on campus in either Todd-Phibbs or Regester dorms.  The rooms are furnished for 2 students to share. You need to bring your own sheets, bedding, and towels and toiletries.  Linens are not provided.   Each student will have their own bed (Long / California twin), desk, shelf, chair, and closet.  Students share bathrooms located in the halls.  
Your registration includes five meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast), a dorm bed for Friday and Saturday nights, classes, the Saturday show, and UPS campus fees.

SUITE DORM ROOMS – RESIDENTS
We have only a limited number of upgraded rooms available for 2020 in the Trimble dorm.  The upgrade moves you into your own private bedroom (linens supplied), with 4 to 9 private rooms sharing a common living area and bathrooms.  
Your registration also includes five meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast), classes, the Saturday show, and UPS campus fees.
​Each student sleeping room will have their own bed (Long / California twin), desk, shelf, chair, and closet.  Linens are provided (sheets, pillow, blanket, towel, and wash cloth).

SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS

For many of us, things are tight as we find our way back to reality and your EVG Education team wants to help! This year we have several individual scholarships and quartet coaching grants available. First come, first serve to those who qualify!

Harmony College Northwest: June 16-18, 2023

  • EIGHT (8) Full Scholarships
  • Reimbursed via check toward registration of choice
  • Deadline: June 1, 2023

Quartet Coaching: FOUR (4) $250 Quartet Coaching Grants

  • Intention – To be used for the education and forward motion of your quartet journey (preferably for coaching costs, but may also be used to assist in music purchase, PVIs, travel, BHS event quartet registrations, etc)
  • Available biennially (Example: 2023 recipients may apply again in 2025)

Bud Leabo
Memorial Fund

For Harmony College NW, the Bud Leabo Memorial Fund (BLMF) Trustees will be awarding:

  • four (4) scholarships for new members (<2 yrs)
  • four (4) scholarships for members (>2 yrs)
  • two (2) scholarships for Music Educators

Scholarships will cover your registration.  Deadline for applying is April 15th.

Sing Canada Harmony

Assistance for registration to HCNW is available through Sing Canada Harmony (singcanadaharmony.ca).  The current deadline for application intake is March 1st, the next one is June 1st.  Sing Canada Harmony is not able to provide for travel expenses but full registration fees may qualify.  If you require further information, please contact:
