Janice Wheeler has served as the Arrangers Coordinator for Regions 24 and 13 since 2006. She sings bass with the 6th Place International Pride of Portland Chorus. Her professional degrees include BS, MS, and MBA. She holds a Specialist Certificate in Music Theory and Harmony from Berklee College of Music and is skilled in Finale Music Notation. Janice is retired after 28 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb. She and her husband, Patrick, own a small ranch in Central Oregon near Prineville.
