Please read this page carefully and check the charts below to pick the option(s) that work best for you. Our pricing is broken into three main sections: Regular (standard dorm), Suite (upgraded dorm), and for Commuters.

If you’re from Canada, please make sure that you click on the “CANADIAN STUDENTS REGISTER HERE” button below to take advantage of the offer from the Evergreen District Board.

To register:
Click on one of the buttons below, which will link you to Zeffy for payment, where you will make your choices (housing, workshops, HCNW, early arrival, etc).
Once you’ve paid, you will receive a notice that you can go to SCHED and select your classes for the weekend.
NOTE: Registration cutoff date for residents: June 6th (new UPS policy). Commuters can register upon arrival.
WORKSHOPS (Thursday 1:00pm thru Friday noon) and are priced in addition to the HCNW fees, and will include meals and lodging (depending on whether you’re staying on campus or not) for the extra time you are on campus.

HCNW (Friday 1:00pm – Sunday 11:00am). Use the chart below, to decide which option will work for you.
NOTES:
- One-day registrations are not available this year (UPS policy).
- Registration cutoff date for residents: June 6th (UPS policy).
- There are no early-bird or late fees this year. (HCNW policy).

EARLY ARRIVALS: If you want or need to come to Tacoma the day ahead of classes starting, and want to stay on campus, we can arrange for an additional night of housing in the dorm room you will be assigned. [Make sure to select Extra Night when you are filling in the registration information].

Housing Options for 2025
HOUSING OPTIONS:
Students wanting to stay on campus have a choice as to which type of dorm room they want: Regular or Suite (check out the Housing Options further down on this page.

Financial Assistance
- Chapters might have a special education fund that could be tapped into, check with your chapter’s treasurer.
- The Bud Leabo Memorial Fund has an application form online for scholarships.
- Sing Canada Harmony: Scholarship application forms are online. Deadlines are March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 each year.
FAQs
- If a person attending one of the Workshops wants to attend HCNW, they will need to pay the combined registration prices.
- If someone shows up without registering, they can pay the Commuter Rate.
- Last-minute lodging is not available this year after the June 6th cutoff date.
- Refunds will be allowed on a case by case basis and will be the registration amount minus any card (Zeffy) fees.
- Registrations may be transferred to another individual without a penalty (preferably done in advance)
- Choruses attending for coaching may qualify for a free registration (often for their director)… check out our Coaching page.
